Purpose and Scope
The Lucke online shop is dedicated to selling clothing and accessories of our own design. The sales platform is hosted on Shopify, with invoicing through Moloni and payment methods via Shopify Payments and PayPal.
Terms of Use
Access to the shop is free of charge and reserved for users aged 18 or over, or minors accompanied by an adult. The customer undertakes to provide true, complete and up to date information.
Purchase Process
1. The customer selects the products and adds them to the basket.
2. The customer chooses the payment method (Multibanco, MB Way, credit card or PayPal).The order is confirmed.
3. The customer selects the shipping method (CTT standard).
4. The order is processed only after payment has been confirmed.
5. The customer will receive an email confirming the purchase process.
Prices, Taxes and Delivery Costs
All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment and communicated prior to the conclusion of the order.
Lucke reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the ones considered valid.
Shipping Policy and Delivery Costs
Shipments are made through CTT (standard registered mail).
Exact delivery times depend on destination and number of items. Average delivery times are:
- Mainland Portugal: up to 2 working days
- Continental Europe: 4 to 10 working days
- United Kingdom: 4 to 12 working days
Free shipping (standard mail) applies to orders over €70 within mainland Portugal, 90€ for Madeira and 110€ for the Açores.
If your order exceeds the indicated delivery times, please contact us at info@lucke.pt.
Lucke is not responsible for delays, loss or damage occurring after the order has been handed over to the transport service. In any of these situations, it will be possible to file a complaint and request an investigation with CTT.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the address provided is correct and complete.
If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, absence at delivery or failure to collect within the time limit, reshipment will only take place after payment of new delivery costs.
Product and Packaging Sustainability
Lucke is a slow fashion brand with a design and production quality that prioritise durability and timelessness. We seek to use only organic cotton items, which require less water and do not involve the use of pesticides or synthetic fertilisers. This information is provided transparently in each product description.
Although we are a small family project, we are working to ensure the national origin of all raw materials, both to reduce the environmental impact of transport and to support the local economy. T-shirts and sweatshirts are produced in Bangladesh by certified suppliers (Sols and Kariban) that carry out independent audits to ensure health, safety and labour rights throughout their supply chain.
For packaging, we use craft paper, twine and paper based adhesive tape, which have a more sustainable production. Labels are cut from leftover wrapping paper to reduce waste.
Payment Methods and Invoices
Lucke products may be paid for by Multibanco, credit card or PayPal. For purchases outside Portugal, we accept only credit card and PayPal.
All purchases generate an invoice receipt or simplified invoice, issued through the Moloni system and sent by email after payment confirmation to the contact address provided by the customer.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
We work with limited quantities and availability, as Lucke pieces are the result of an artisanal production process.
We ask customers to read product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us, as we will be happy to assist.
EXCHANGES
Any exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please write to info@lucke.pt indicating your order number and the desired size. Return shipping costs and the cost of resending the new item are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the item to be exchanged, the process will be completed within a maximum of 15 working days (Portugal) or 25 working days (international).
Conditions for Exchange:
The item must show no signs of use, washing or damage, and the brand label must be in excellent condition.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by sending the following to info@lucke.pt:
- Order number
- Description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
In such cases, Lucke will cover shipping costs and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Right of Withdrawal
Under Decree Law no. 24/2014, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days after receiving the order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must communicate the intention by email to info@lucke.pt.
Lucke will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the products. (This does not apply to personalised or made to order items, which are excluded from this right.)
Warranties and Liability
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Portuguese law. Lucke is not responsible for damage resulting from improper or negligent use of the products.
Data Protection
Personal data provided by customers are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and with our Privacy Policy, available on the website.
Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute, the customer may contact:
Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centre or any other alternative dispute resolution entity listed on consumidor.gov.pt.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published on the website.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
In case of dispute, the competent court is the Lisbon district court, unless otherwise provided by law.
